1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Saha Finance ("the Service"), including the web application and Google Sheets add-on, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Saha Finance is a household spend tracker that helps partners manage shared finances. The Service includes a web dashboard, bank account linking via Plaid, transaction categorization, budgets, and a Google Sheets add-on for viewing financial data in spreadsheets.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login credentials with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service.

5. Financial Data

The Service displays financial data for informational purposes only. We are not a financial advisor and do not provide financial advice. Transaction categorization is automated and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your data.

6. Google Sheets Add-on

The Google Sheets add-on is provided as a convenience for accessing your Saha Finance data within Google Sheets. The add-on requires authentication with your Saha Finance account and accesses only the current spreadsheet. Use of the add-on is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
